Job Title: 

Rubber Press Operator 

Pay Rate: 

$13 (Increased to $13.50 once 2nd mold is picked up) 

Hours: 

Monday through Friday 

3PM - 11PM 

Job Description: 

Operate and maintain rubber press machines to produce high-quality rubber products during the second shift. 

Ensure all products meet quality standards and production targets. 

Responsibilities:

Operate rubber press machines efficiently and safely. 

Inspect rubber products for quality and consistency. 

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets. 

Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
