One week you work 36 hours, the next week you work 48 hours. 

12 hour shifts - 6a - 6p, $16.04/hr 

12 hour shifts - 6p - 6a, $17.04/hr

Week one (48 hour week): Work Monday, Tuesday - OFF Wednesday, Thursday - Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

Week two (36 hour week): OFF Monday, Tuesday - Work Wednesday, Thursday - OFF Friday, Saturday, Sunday
