Maintenance Technician

1st shift (Core hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 3:00pm)

This is a Direct Hire Position - Not a Temp to Hire Position unless preferred!

This position will report directly to the General Manager of Plant Operations. 

Requirements of this role:

Machine Maintenance and Repair *  Hydraulic Press * Electrical Experience REQUIRED!

• Effectively maintain, diagnose and repair machinery in the manufacturing plant 

• Establish and implement preventative maintenance plan for key machinery 

• Dismantle, repair and rebuild mechanical equipment as needed 

• Experience with hydraulic presses, welding, and basic electrical knowledge is essential Building Maintenance and Repair • Proactively maintain and repair physical structure, as needed 

• Experience with plumbing, painting, and carpentry is a plus Teamwork and Impact 

• Collaborate with leadership, production teams, custodial, etc. to identify areas of need and effectively address 

• Plan, prioritize and execute on work to maximize the successful efforts of others in the plant 

Felonies are case by case.

Our preferred candidate will have relevant credentials including a combination of education and/or professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in the rubber/plastics industry is a plus, but not required. . 

Compensation - This is a full-time, 40 hours-per-week position. Occasional overtime may be approved. Compensation range is $25.00-$30.00.00 per hour. Exact details will be discussed during the interview process and be determined based on qualifications.
