Job Title- Apartment Complex Maintenance Tech
Pay Rate- $18-$19 per hour to start
Shift – 1st 8:00AM – 4:30 PM Monday- Friday - w/y other weekend on-call
Detailed Job Description
Duties & Requirements include but are not limited to:
Must have verifiable, relevant Maintenance experience
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Light Plumbing
Light Carpentry
Floor Buffing
Locks, Faucets, Cabinets
Reapply Moldings/repair furniture as needed
Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Clean drug screen
No Felonies related to "Crimes Against Humanity" nor convictions for theft
Must be available ever other weekend as "On-Call"
May perform Lawn cutting
Clear walks of snow & salt
