Job Title: Production Assembler $15.00/hr- Mandatory OT- Monday through Friday 6:00AM – 4:00PM, Sat 6:00AM-11:00AM Background Check & Drug Screen
Summary: Primary responsibility is to assemble components into sub-assemblies and or final assemblies per established guidelines and standards.
Qualifications: In order to successfully perform in this position, one must satisfactorily perform the essential duties as follows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
• Complete required assemblies based on guidelines
• Use a variety of hand and power tools
• Perform inspections of items for defects
• Maintain a clean work area, return tools and/or equipment daily
• Assist other departments and functions on an as needed basis
Competencies:
To successfully perform this position, an individual should:
• Exhibit ability and willingness to learn new skills and apply them
• Be accountable and consistent in efforts
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality
